Use of unauthorized aids

  • Use of unauthorized aids
"Students who use unauthorized aids during examinations will not be assessed; the examination attempt will be specially documented in the transcript of records and will count towards the permitted number of attempts" (§12 para. 6 University Statutes – Study Law).
    • If an unauthorized aid is used in partial assessments of continuous assessment courses, the entire course is considered as having been cheated, and the attempt will count as an official examination attempt. The entry in the transcript of records will be marked with an "X."
    • If an unauthorized aid is used in course examinations, the exam will not be assessed; however, the attempt will be specially documented in the transcript of records and will count towards the permitted number of attempts. The entry in the transcript of records will be marked with an "X."
